This holiday home offers a generously spacious open-plan living and dining area, perfect for accommodating up to 12 guests. It boasts four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, two distinct living spaces, and two fully equipped kitchens. Your beloved furry companion need not be left behind, as they can enjoy daily walks along the popular Dump Beach.

Enjoy sweeping panoramic views from the upper level of the house which features a comfortable lounge area with atmospheric electric in-built heater and Frame TV with latest sound tech and cosy sitting area with stunning sea views. Gather with family and friends around the inviting dining suite, which seats up to 12 guests, or savour the refreshing evening breeze on the timber deck while enjoying a beverage and cheese platter as you watch the sunset. The luxurious master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed with sea views, TV, a highly modern and expansive ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom on this floor also features a queen bed and views. It is situated next to a full bathroom with shower over the bath and a toilet for the guests’ convenience.
The well-equipped kitchen features large entertainer’s island bench with barstools, a plumbed in fridge/freezer with an ice maker and filtered water, oven, gas cooktop, air fryer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The house also includes split-system air-conditioning for added comfort.

On the lower level, there's a second family room with a TV which opens onto patio and outdoor lounge area along with two more bedrooms. One of these bedrooms includes a queen-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe, while the other bedroom is a dedicated bunk room with inbuilt bunks with individual reading lights, power points and niche. This room also features a single day bed which folds into a king size. There's also a primary bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious shower, as well as a separate toilet. The laundry room comes furnished with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of hanging space.
