• 720 sq ft brand-new, single-level accessory dwelling unit on a stunning nearly one-acre lakefront estate on Avondale Lake - separate home with private entrance, no shared walls, completely self-contained

• Open-concept layout connecting the kitchen, living, and dining areas — comfortable and efficient without feeling small

• Well-equipped kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and two-burner countertop cooktop — great for simple meals and breakfasts in; note there is no oven or dishwasher.

• Two bedrooms — king in the primary with a walk in closet, queen in the second — sleeps up to 4 guests

• Wi-Fi + smart TV for movie nights or Zoom calls

• A/C and Heating so you can be comfortable no matter what season you are visiting

• The Porch is the neighborhood favorite - a casual restaurant just a 2 min drive down the road
