25 Trevithick Court is a bright and comfortable holiday bungalow which is dog friendly and located within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor. A super location, great for couples or families, with facilities such as a pool, playground, laundry, restaurant and bar on site and just over a mile from Hayle, with its stunning beaches, fabulous food and abundance of local and independent shops. The property has dedicated Wifi.
With two bedrooms (one double and one twin room), open plan living/dining/kitchen space, plus a shower room, the bungalow offers level access from the front of the property.
This great setting is well placed a to explore West Cornwall, both St Ives and Penzance are a short drive away, with the rugged scenery of West Cornwall beyond easily accessible from Tolroy Manor. 25 Trevithick Court is perfect for those who enjoy the convenience of on site facilities as well as the proximity to beaches and local attractions.
Living/Dining/Kitchen Area: An open plan area with two sofas, a TV with a DVD player, plus a dining table and four chairs. French doors open on to the sunny patio which overlooks a green open space. The kitchen is well equipped, including an electric oven and hob, under counter fridge/freezer and microwave.
Bedroom 1: With a double bed, hanging space and storage. This rooms has views across the green.
Bedroom 2: With two single beds, hanging and storage space, plus a door to the rear of the property.
Shower Room: Offering a large walk in shower, basin and WC.
Outside: Patio area with a picnic bench overlooking a large, grassed area. There are free on site parking spaces approximately 100 metres from the chalet.
Good to Know: This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day. If you are bringing more than one dog a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking.

While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period. In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date. If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion.
Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
