39 Strawberry Hill a little gem of a holiday home. It is appointed to a high standard and offers a comfy homely base that is a great from which to explore West Cornwall. From the stunning beaches of St. Ives bay, to lush gardens, great food, theatre and the superb walking trails of the south west coastal path. The property is on the Tolroy Manor site which in turn offers many facilities to those staying on site from tennis courts and swimming pool to the bar and restaurant.


Ground Floor:
Living / Dining / Kitchen - This open plan living is ideal for families to gather round and relax after a long day on the beach or exploring some of Cornwall's main attractions. Dining table with four chairs, three seater sofa and comfy chair. Smart TV / DVD player and well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and hob.
Bathroom - With bath, shower over, sink and WC.

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 - With a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and hanging space.
Bedroom 2 - Single bed, drawers and hanging space.
Bedroom 3 - Single bed, bedside table and hanging space.

Outside
South facing patio, you're personal suntrap.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.

EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

The Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

Further afield
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.

At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.

For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.

Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
