Escape to the tranquil 58 Trevithick Court, Tolroy Manor, a cosy bungalow that sleeps four. The bungalow features a bright and airy open plan living area with french doors to a small patio in front of the property. With a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, everyone can have a peaceful night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay, there is even a dishwasher to take care of the washing up! Afterwards, why not soak up the sun and enjoy a glass of wine outside on the patio. After a day exploring Hayle, relax in the comfortable living area or soak in the bath (with overhead shower) in the bathroom. 58 Trevithick Court has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.
The Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.
For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.

Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
Please note: This property requires a £100 security deposit (payable with the balance). This is refundable after your holiday pending any damages.

Then place your key for the property in the lock box and gumble the numbers once closed.
