5 Trevithick Court is a modern, spacious holiday home which is located within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor, just over a mile outside of Hayle.

Spacious and well equipped, this holiday home offers comfortable accommodation for up to eight people. With two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms over two floors, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and open plan living / dining space with double doors which open onto the gardens and picnic table for outdoor dining.

5 Trevithick Court is a great holiday home for families and friends to gather, and enjoys onsite facilities including a pool, playground, shop, restaurant and bar. A fantastic location for those who prefer the conveniences of a holiday park, but within easy reach of the sites of West Cornwall including St. Ives, Penzance and beyond.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9 am-5 pm Monday - Saturday and 9 am-1 pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour out of hours' contact number for us too.

EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor Park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

The Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of West Cornwall's attractions.

The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams, and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around one miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans and Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance, and Land's End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.
For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.
Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period. In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date. If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be within walking distance of Paradise Park and JungleBarn. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 2 bathrooms in the apartment.
