45 Strawberry Hill, Tolroy Manor
Full of personality and coastal charm, 45 Strawberry Hill is a holiday home located within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor. The perfect location from which to explore West Cornwall, with all the conveniences of being on a holiday park, such as communal pool play park, laundry, shop and restaurant.
With three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one bunk), 45 Strawberry Hill offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. Perfect for families to enjoy the stunning local beaches, and sights of St. Ives Bay that are on the doorstep, and Mounts Bay & Penzance which is just a short drive away.
Downstairs:
Living / Dining Space - Large sofa, occasional chair, TV, DVD and dining table with bench seating.
Kitchen - Fitted and well-equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Bathroom - Bath with shower over, fitted basin & w.c. unit, heated towel rail.
Upstairs:
Bed 1 - Double bed, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers and TV.
Bed 2 - Two single beds, chest of drawers and hanging rail.
Bed 3 - Full sized bunk beds, bedside table, lamp and hanging rail.
There is a charcoal BBQ available for use with the property.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.
EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of West Cornwall's attractions.

Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.
For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.
For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.

Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
