Excellent stay at this modern, well-furnished apartment! The space was spacious, spotlessly clean, and came with all the kitchen amenities you could need. The view was fantastic and really added to the experience. Location is superb - just a 5-minute walk to the local beach, 5-minute drive to Asda for groceries, and only 2 minutes to the nearest fuel station. Very convenient for everything you need. A few helpful tips for future guests: - Request extra loo rolls when booking, as you're only provided with one (standard for self-catering) - Ask them to check the living room patio window opens easily - ours was a bit stiff, though not a deal-breaker. In summer, it's lovely to get that fresh ocean breeze flowing through - WiFi is reliable and really helpful when mobile reception is patchy, though don't expect high-speed fibre broadband Customer service deserves special mention - I was slightly confused with the check-in instructions, but their 24-hour support connected me with someone who was incredibly helpful and sorted everything out quickly. Everything was clean throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Cornwall and St Ives, and would highly recommend to others. Great value for a quality accommodation!

A good location for walking to the beach and travelling around. Great parking and flat well finished and appointed. Had everything that we needed. Building works across the road but didn’t cause any issues.
