Hayle, in the south western corner of Cornwal, sits on an important RSPB wildlife estuary flowing out to the beautiful St Ives Bay, with miles of beaches, walks, history and wildlife. Paradise Park is a wildlife park with parrots, otters and red pandas, and a range of shops, restaurants and bars scattered around the estuary and harbour area. Hayle is centrally located with easy access to lots of attractions by train or car. St. Ives is a short drive away where you can wander through the narrow streets, visit art galleries or admire the sub tropical gardens. Within easy reach of Hayle is the Minack Theatre, Falmouth Maritime Museum, Eden Project and magical St. Michael’s Mount.

Fantastic location with dream views. The accommodation was excellent, very clean , well equipped and very spacious . Felt like a truly luxurious holiday.

Very well equipped property in a fantastic location.

House was in a fantastic location close to the beach and surrounding areas, easy access to shops and pubs. House was very well equipped and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Ein Raum zu wenig

Das beste am Ferienhaus ist die Lage, von der Terrasse hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Strand. Die Küche ist neu und beneidenswert. Und jetzt kommt das Aber. Wir hatten das Haus im September gebucht. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte das Haus noch vier Schlafzimmer. Eins davon ist inzwischen einem Umbau zugunsten der großen Küche zum Opfer gefallen. Darüber sind wir jedoch nicht informiert worden! In der Buchungsbestätigung steht noch für 8 Personen; wenn man jetzt bucht, steht da nur noch für 6 Personen. Da die mitreisende Oma ein Einzelzimmer brauchte, blieb mir nichts über, als drei Nächte auf dem kleinen 2-Sitzer-Sofa zu schlafen! Vielleicht war das gut, denn alle Räume riechen feucht, wie auch sämtliche Nachtwäsche und die Haare jeden Morgen. Igitt. Das Wohnzimmer, der Ausblick und die Küche: Grandios. Der Rest: Hat den Standard eines preiswerten Holzhauses an der dänischen Ostsee, das im Winter nicht geheizt und gelüftet wird. Ich bin ziemlich wütend über die Situation, zumal wir für drei Nächte über 900 Pfund bezahlt haben. Wir würden hier nicht wieder hinkommen.
