Room was comfortable size & clean. Bed was comfortable. Heater a bit loud but with ear plugs able to sleep well. Furnishings were old but well maintained. Nice variety of food offer at breakfast. We would choose stay here again when passing thru Hays, KS

The hotel in general, and the rooms especially, were very dirty and in disrepair. My business partner and I reserved two rooms, and after checking in and taking our suitcases to our rooms, neither of us unpacked. His bed was broken. The floors were stained. There were holes in several walls. A light flickered. We left and checked into a different hotel.

Pros-Clean hotel & room, room was comfortable. Cons-room refrigerator was either turned off or not working. We didn’t realize that until morning, we had to discard milk, dog food & our leftovers from dinner.

The AC kept the room cool through the night. My only issue with my stay was the lack of coffee in the room. The coffee pods provided did not fit the coffee maker. The front desk said a coffee machine in the breakfast room was available 24/7. When I tried to get coffee early the next morning before breakfast was served, the man preparing breakfast chastised me in Spanish and shook his finger at me because I turned the light on to see what I was doing. So incredibly rude.

The property was great and CLEAN! I just wish they wouldn’t over use the chemicals the smell was so intense it gave me headache. More doesn’t mean better. But great staff and good way parking
