The cost was lowest-priced. It's right off I70. Place is used so much it needs refurbishment badly.

They put us in a handicap room with a door to the other room. We could hear every noise the people and their dog made.

The property was ok but definitely not a nice place. Tub and shower had a lot of stains, so much that my son didn’t want to take a shower in it. The pool looked pretty gross so we skipped it. They did provide a decent breakfast and lemon water in the lobby, which was nice.

From check-in to check-out, service was outstanding. Front desk young lady was so nice and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and clean.

We were disappointed as Comfort Inns are updated and the online pictures look fine. However, this is not the case in Hays, Kansas. Beds were comfy, but everything else looked 30 or more yrs old.

Close to the interstate highway. The room has mold on the wall behind the toilet. After informing the front desk, the staff cleaned the mold, but the room continued to smell musty. It wasn't agood experience. Orbitz said i couldn't get a .refund
