Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good as I always appreciate a breakfast provided at the hotel. Great value for the price as compared to hotels in Hays.

TV didn’t work & we followed all the instructions but it was too after midnight when we checked in we didn’t want to call & ask for assistance. It took me calling the front desk for someone to check us in to hotel. The bathtub was slippery, need something to help with traction to prevent falling. The facility was clean and there is a microwave & little refrigerator and extra sink outside bathroom which is always a plus!

Hard Pass on the "breakfast".

Clean comfortable bed is all you get here. Breakfast was terrible. The breakfast reviews are all old and not up to date. The gravy was ice cold and separated. The waffle mix was watered down and the broken waffle maker couldn't cook it all the way through. The omlet station wasn't being used with no apology. We drove an extra 30 minutes past Hays to stay here based on the outdated reviews. Won't be doing that again.

This is such a gem! It was extremely clean and the staff was amazing. We had a quiet room that was immaculate. Our only downsides were a very firm bed and there was not a security chain on the door (but there was a deadbolt). The breakfast was super with great hours. This hotel is clearly well-managed and customer-oriented.
