My room needed a bit of attention - Room 102, 3/21

The room was clean and breakfast was fine, but the shower heads in my room didn't work. No matter what I tried, I could only get water from the spigot. Also, the desk lamp wouldn't turn on. It was late when I arrived and I was exhausted, so I let it go. What mattered is that the room was clean.

This place was good awful. I rated staff and service low due to the lack of cleanliness and apparently ownership and management. The room was horrific. REEKED of cigarettes and was easily 85⁰ or more when I opened the door. Random substances all over the place and just filthy everywhere. I walked right back out after looking all over the place. Absolutely never randomly picking a hotel again.

Pros - Friday night desk clerk was friendly beds were comfortable Cons -Room needed to be vacuumed bathroom was not clean - corners were dirty, exhaust fan was filthy, hand rail in the tube was disgusting (needed to be replaced, covered with nasty old caulk) woman working the day shift was very crabby! breakfast was so-so, coffee and juice machines were both broken
