This is a lovely, custom home that has won the ASID Design Contest and featured in Minneapolis/St.Paul Magazine. Designed to feel like a cozy Hampton’s Cottage, with lake views from every room.
Large adjacent screened gazebo for additional outdoor living. 5 bedrooms with 4 full baths. (3 bedrooms have their own sink in their room) Kitchen with marble island, breakfast area and a hearth stove surround (stove, refrigerator, microwave, trash compactor) 2 wood burning fireplaces and a gas fireplace. The two-story dining room with a dormer is perched above a panoramic view of beautiful Nelson Lake. Vaulted ceilings, charming dormers and a lovely skylight add unusual detail.
This serene private setting offers 400’ of private lakeshore. Wonderful fire pit next to the lake, a picnic table, perennial gardens all along shore pathways with a bench to enjoy those magnificent sunsets while listening to the call of the loons in the distance.
