Mulberry House - Near Downtown Hazard

This stylish home is the perfect choice for guests looking for a great place to rest and relax. Centrally located on one of Hazard's most adorable streets near the downtown area. It offers 3 bedrooms, a newly remodeled bath, updated kitchen and a great little front porch with a swing. The WIFI works great and cell service is very good in this area. Guests love the warmth and charm of the decor and the location is safe and convenient to everything! And, pets are welcome too!
The Space: Enter through the front door to the living room which leads to dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the bathroom and laundry room. The second guest bedroom is in the rear of the home just off the kitchen and has a full size bed and closet. The bathroom has a tub with shower and all linens are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a drip and single serve coffee maker. The wifi works great and the smart tv offers free channels and you are welcome to connect your own Netflix, Hulu etc.
