Wonderful Poconos hospitality!

Excellent experience for our family! Staff was the best as were friendly and professional! We had our big dog, Gunther with us and staff was very dog friendly! Treated us like family! We will visit again!

It's currently under renovations and/or construction, the main elevator was not working, it was a holiday weekend so it was very busy and noisy, someone's kid messed around and pulled the fire alarm even though there was no fire, employees picked right outside my door to stand and have a loud 15 minute conversation that I could hear every word of. Room was not properly turned over when they allowed me to check in at 6pm. Not the best at all.

Our room was very clean and definitely meet the expectations. The hotel interior was also nice and clean. However, the exterior of the hotel needs a lot of work and landscaping. That being said, this is probably the best option in the area.

Highly recommend this hotel. Extremely clean, great staff, amazing amenities (the pool and hot tub were by far my favorite). The free breakfast was phenomenal. So thankful I found this hidden gem.

Great place to stay conveniently located off the turnpike. Rooms were clean, beds were perfectly comfortable, and staff was nice. Would definitely stay here again next time we are attending a show at Penns Peak.
