Great place to rest your head. Clean and comfortable bedding. Awesome breakfast, with a waffle maker! Kind and courteous staff. Would stay here again if I needed.

Got what we paid for

I understand the staff couldn’t necessarily do anything about other people staying there but the people in the room next to us were arguing ALL. NIGHT. LONG. The walls are paper thin so you can hear absolutely everything between rooms. I slipped on ice when we got there, but there was salt on the ground so they just didn’t do a good job. No one at the front desk was super helpful or even friendly. There was mold in the shower. I wish I had a picture but I didn’t bother. Otherwise the room was good enough for the price we paid. Bed was comfy.

Bad mattress

The bed mattress is terrible, could not sleep well. The bed size is wrongly labeled as queen size for a full sized one.

The hotel is one of the more affordable options in the Jim Thorpe-Lehighton area. It’s a no frills motel but it is safe and clean and convenient. I was there two nights and drove the short distance to the main attractions in Jim Thorpe.

The room is dated but clean. The heater was noisy and would wake up my husband. We stayed for 1 night. There is bed bug covers over the matress and showed no signs of infestation. It was sufficient for 1 night.

AVOID. Don’t fall for the 7.8 rating like we did!

The 7.8 rating and pictures are beyond misleading. 1) The awful smell of the room, that never lessened. 2) 15 stink bugs we had to dispose of. 3) NO hot water for 20 mins. 4) Beds are rocks. 5) Pillows are sheets of paper. Coming home and being in pain all day from my back and neck, and having to do 2 loads of laundry to get rid of the room smell from all of our clothes… is NOT a pleasant stay worth $240!!!
