The staff was very helpful and the accommodating. I was in town to vend at an event and was not going to be able to check into the hotel room until twelve thirty a m. When I arrived exhausted , they were waiting for me with a smile. I requested a front of the motel room and was given the room right next to the office. Absolutely perfect. This is an unassuming property. Well worth the value. My bed was clean, the heat and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. Parking was directly in front of my room. And I was pleasantly surprised with breakfast. I didn't even realize they had breakfast available, and there were definitely more options than I expected when told there was breakfast. Waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, etc

Lobby smelled terrible of cigarettes and then our room smelled worse. Something gross covered with smell of cleaning supplies. We did not stay. The front desk staff were kind enough to refund our stay.

We stayed for the Jim Thorpe Fall Festival. Is perfectly located for this. Very nice area. Breakfast is poor. The poorest of our whole trip. Just some pastries and coffee. Not even a toaster. But we really like it because of the excellent location and there are few places around with excellent food options. An amazing italian restaurant and for breakfast Beacon 443 near the hotel is an amazing place.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had all the amenities like a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, hangers, cups, tea and coffee packets and coffee pot, a list of nearby restaurants etc. The staff was very nice and flexible to our needs! And a Very Good Location to visit the Pocono Mountains.

Conveniently located, nice size room with microwave and frig, no coffee pot in room to make coffe but coffee available in the lobby with continental breakfast. Adequate for what we needed, offered the basic amenities. Hot water and shower was nice, bathroom a bit dated and small. Staff friendly and accommodating.
