Staff super courteous, hotel nice, patio over looking the preserve gorgeous, shower head water pressure very light, room was by the pool & had an electronic hydraulic lift or something that was loud & made loud noise every 5 minutes.

The property is very nice. However, they need to work on a lot of their customer service. I was told twice we would have adjoining rooms and they were not able to accommodate the request. Also, the service at the restaurant was incredibly slow for dinner and as well as for breakfast the next morning. Once they work through the kinks the hotel will be at the customer service level one expects at a property like this.

Room itself is very clean and nicely designed. Staffs are friendly and helpful. One thing to call out- we were charged a resort fee of $70/day. This charge was not shown and communicated when we were booking the room on the Expedia site nor were we told upon check-in. We only found out when we were checking out and were asked to pay the fee.
