Nice but expensive. Staff not overly eager to please. Used to have a continental breakfast included but that has been eliminated. Healdsburg is catching up with Napa with regards to expense and snobbery

Great location in the heart of downtown Healdsburg. We didn’t care for the noisy heating system that made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. The pillows were also too hard. The rain shower had weak water pressure. But overall it’s a nice modern hotel.

I was excited to bring my spouse here after staying for business a few years ago. I ended with disappointment. The noise from the street on this Friday night was extreme! All night and the garbage pickup started really early. Hardly got any sleep. I would highly suggest an “inside” room. That might help. The staff didn’t seem to care. 😞

Poorly trained, uninformed, unhelpful staff. Poorly maintained property, extra costs for parking and breakfast. Definitely overpriced, even for the Healdsburg market.
