Again was a great stay, rooms super clean, great service, the only negative is they removed the coffee maker in the room, I like to enjoy my coffee in my pj quietly before getting ready, hopefully they re-add them to rooms. Coffee is available 24hrs in dining area.

Other guests were rude

We had to stay due to an accident on the highway. Booking was easy, price was average, room was beautiful and clean. The beds were also really comfortable The only thing I didn’t like was my check in but not due to the staff member. Other guests were having an issue with their credit card. One left to go fix the card and the other guy continued to stand there and wait. The staff member had to ask him to move so he could check me in. These other guests also sneezed on the breakfast in the morning before we had a chance to grab food so needless to say, we didn’t eat.

Scheduled Power Outage During our stay

Checked in late as we are tired. Driving from Nova Scotia back to Alberta and stopped in to shower and get a good sleep. My daughter was in the middle of a shower and the power went out! I am PETRIFIED of the dark and require a night light. Our room keys don’t work in the door because of the power outage. This is scary. Lady at the front doesn’t know what’s going on and can’t provide any answers or solutions. So, we are making shadow puppets on the ceiling.

Best place to stay!

From start to finish - checked out a day early - everything was great! Walked in and was served right away. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereals, toast, bagels, English muffins, yogurts, and hot coffee. Had to check out a day early, and was refunded for the extra day I had prepaid. Forgot my allergy pillow when I checked out and they contacted me right away and held it for me. Excellent customer service! Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone travelling to Hearst.

Very happy with our stay here. It was quiet, clean and we felt safe. Staff were quick checking in and out. Modern building and rooms. Breakfast runs till 9am which is a bonus. Will definitely be returning!

Second stay at this property, breakfast was closed before the stated time and we waited 10 minutes to check in as no one was at the desk after ringing the bell twice and calling the hotel; stay otherwise was good.
