The space
Welcome to Deer Valley Basecamp, where alpine adventure meets curated comfort. This 2,400 sq ft professionally designed townhouse features warm, layered interiors across three levels, making it the ultimate gathering place for families, friend groups, and multi-generational trips.

MAIN LEVEL
An open-concept living space anchored by a chef's kitchen with a large island, premium appliances, and counter seating, perfect for cooking together after a day on the slopes. The dining area features banquette seating and a custom table for meals framed by panoramic mountain views. A spacious living room with fireplace and vinyl record player with a curated collection sets the tone for relaxed evenings. A dedicated ski drop with heated boot warmers keeps your gear organized and ready. Half bath on this level.

UPPER LEVEL
One king bedroom offer quiet, private retreats with mountain views. One additional king bedroom and a bunk room (full + twin) share a full bathroom. The full-sized game room features ping pong, foosball, and retro arcade machines (Pac-Man & NBA Jam), fun for all ages.

LOWER LEVEL
This is where the magic happens. A private home theater with surround sound, sleeper sofa (queen), and a real vintage popcorn machine turns movie nights into an event. Unwind in the private infrared sauna after a day of skiing or hiking. A fourth king bedroom and full bathroom complete this level, ideal for kids, teens, or extra privacy.

OUTDOOR LIVING
