This house is perfect for your ski trip this year to Deer Valley Resort or the Park City Ski area. We are 2 minutes away from the Deer Valley Resort Express Gondola! Amazing ski access without the crowds and the hassle. 3,573 total square feet of the house. This is the largest home in the Shores development and is a single-family home, not a duplex house with shared walls. The house offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

The house offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The Master features a king-size bed, master bath, 32 TV, and stunning mountain views. The 2nd master has a king-size bed, private deck, master bath, and 32 TV. The 3rd bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath and a 32-inch TV, and a trundle bed (sleeps 2). The 4th bedroom has a queen-size bunk bed and a bunk that sleeps 3 + plus a private bath with a bathtub. Total of 16! This house is perfect for one or two families staying together (or one family). The house has 3 floors; Viking appliances in the kitchen, a 42-inch plasma TV in the living room, an iPod wireless docking station, downstairs has a bar, with a pool table, and 42-inch Plasma TV with surround sound, and a private hot tub outside.
