This two-level, 2638 square feet townhouse promises a truly opulent experience. With its proximity to the Jordanelle Reservoir, Deer Valley Resort Jordanelle Express Chairlift, and a short 15-minute drive to Park City ski resorts and Historic Main Street, this property is an ideal haven for year-round activities.

The property comprises three bedrooms, a den, and 3.5 bathrooms to accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably.

Upon entering through the front door or garage, guests are welcomed into a grand main level great room with an 18-foot ceiling and an open floor plan.

Living Room: The contemporary living room boasts luxury furnishings, including a leather sectional sofa with three reclining seats, along with plush chairs. Entertainment options include a 77” Samsung UHD Smart TV, a Sonos surround soundbar, and a DVD player capable of playing various disk formats including Blu-ray, CDs, DVDs, and 4K disks, and it comes with a 50-DVD library. Slide open the glass doors to access the back patio with patio seating, commercial heaters, a plug-in heater, and a natural gas BBQ.

Kitchen: The modern kitchen is equipped with stylish stone countertops, a center island with bar seating, and high-end Viking stainless-steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas range. The fully equipped kitchen also features a drip/Keurig coffee maker and a Breville toaster oven.

Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a charming wood dining table and seating that is immersed with natural light.

Den (Upper Level): The den on the second level offers a versatile space, perfect for work or additional sleeping capacity. It includes a full-size futon, a dedicated workspace with two monitors, a keyboard and mouse, and a camera for meetings. There is a Jack-n-Jill shared bathroom access.

Master Bedroom 1 (Main Level): This luxurious bedroom offers a King bed, a 65” Samsung Frame Smart TV with Sonos Soundbar, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom boasts a dual sink vanity, a large tile/glass shower with multiple shower heads, and a soaking tub situated inside the expansive shower. Exterior access is provided to the back patio from the bedroom.

Master Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): The second Master Bedroom features a King bed, a 65” Samsung Frame Smart TV with Sonos Soundbar, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a stone counter vanity and a tile/glass shower.

Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): This bedroom is designed for flexibility, featuring two sets of twin over queen bunk beds, each equipped with its own outlet reading light. The room includes a 55” Samsung Frame Smart TV, closet space, and access to a Jack-n-Jill shared bathroom.

Community: The community's new clubhouse offers a warm indoor lounge with a fireplace, a fun-filled game room featuring ping pong, pool, and shuffleboard tables, wall board games, a wet bar with two mini fridges, two smart TVs, and restrooms. Step outside to find two pickleball courts (paddles not provided), a seasonal pool, a year-round hot tub, and restrooms you can access from the pool area. Also, explore the community via a walking/biking path that winds throughout the area around the lake.

Electronics: All bedrooms are equipped with Frame Smart TVs, allowing you to display your favorite art. Additionally, Master bedrooms features Sonos soundbars, one Sonos Move speaker for enjoying your favorite audio, and a DVD player with a 50-DVD library. Streaming apps are installed on all TVs for guests to sign in.

We stayed here for two weeks, it’s a lovely condo and looks exactly like the pictures. Lots of space and beds, extremely well stocked with absolutely everything we needed for our two week stay. New, clean, modern, and high-quality furnishings and bedding. Easy transport to Deer Valley - free shuttle that you can call on demand with the Mountain Movers app. It’s about 10 minutes to Deer Valley. The one thing to know is that it is a 15 minute drive to get to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. but still a good location if your priority is being near the ski resort.
