-Parking for up to 6 cars in the garage and driveway (Or whatever fits, which may mean less than 6 cars depending on size) - 2 extra parking spots are available behind the property! (No street parking) We allow up to 1 truck and trailer to be parked ONLY behind the property.

-Security cameras: one above the front door, one in the backyard overlooking the yard and part of the hot tub

-Rental contract required to be signed after booking

-Coffee and coffee filters not provided (guests sometimes leave extras)

100% recommend! Our large family had Thanksgiving here and absolutely loved it! They’ve thought of everything! Even had crock pot liners. They had toys and high chairs for our grandchildren. We just had to show up. Very relaxing weekend. Host was super easy to reach and accommodate any questions or special requests we had. We’ll definitely return!

I can’t say enough about our incredible experience staying at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the immaculate condition of the home. We are a group of 4 couples who were in Heber City for the Wilderness Circuit Finals. This was an easy location to get to, great home, spacious and clean. Unfortunately we were not at the home very much so we didn't get to enjoy all the great features it has. We will for sure be booking this home again.
