Probably the filthiest place I've ever paid to stay. The first night we found 1 live and one dead roach in the bathroom. The towels were so dingy and changed out once in a 6 day stay. The shower curtain had approximately 6 inches of rust stains from the floor up. The commode was not secured to the floor and filthy around the base. Some of the floor tiles were coming loose in numerous places and rather than fix them they were taped and caused a trip hazard. The chair for the table was so worn out it looked like it was taken straight from a dumpster. The mattress itself was dirty from the bottom where the ill fitted sheets didn't cover. I believe the water might have rust bacteria as it had a horrible smell unlike sulpher. On top of all of that there was a person that for at least 4 night decided they would scream and holler routinely between 1AM and 5 AM waking folks from a dead sleep. Definitely would not recommend to anyone,
The room was disgusting. Dirty sheets, ripped towels, filthy tub, furniture looks like it’s been through a war. When questioned nothing but excuses. I know it not a 5 star hotel but take a little pride in the establishment.
The facility was unclean. The room had open. Coffee packets in the room. The tub, and toilet were stained and dirty looking.
The staff was basically nonexistent.
We were very disappointed in the facility.
Matt at the front desk great and knowledgeable.
Always there for anyone, whenever, or for whatever you might need.
Stayed here multiple times and I have had zero complaints. Keep up the great work RRInn.
See you soon.

Visited for this year's Lost Lands festival and was excited to have a hotel stay that is relatively close to the venue location! While I prefer hotels over camping for festivals in this area, I would not say this is the best hotel experience you could have for the price paid during this time.
The Good:
- Staff was friendly and helpful.
- Hotel is right across the street from a gas station and several food spots.
- Hotel room had excellent AC during a hot weekend.
The Bad:
- The hotel does NOT include breakfast. At the time of my booking the hotel claimed to have complimentary food, but we were met with a small dining area with 1-2 tables and complimentary coffee. I decided to pour a cup one morning and had a fly in my drink...
- The general lobby has a bad odor that stayed throughout our experience.
- Our hotel room and amenities were overall dirty. Every towel we used had several stains on it. There was also a small ant problem in our room, but it was nothing overly concerning, considering we were happy to not have to camp during our visit.
Overall, if you are booking a stay to visit Legend Valley then this is a good stop for you. If not, I would look elsewhere as this hotel is definitely a one-night-stay rest stop before getting back on the road again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The woman up front was very helpful and kind, I appreciated her service. The flooring in our room was torn up under the desk. There was a breakfast area, but no breakfast? It was a place to lay our heads, so it did the job
The woman working the desk when I checked in was super friendly. Quick and easy and helpful when my card didn’t work, she even came with me to open up the door since I had all my things in my hands. The hotel definitely needs fixed up, holes need patching and painted and it wasn’t the cleanest hotel I’ve been in. But the bed was comfy, and we had no issues. Overall a good experience!
It stinks like water damage and bugspray right in the front door. Right from check in my keys had to get reprogrammed 5x and would not work, so had to hop rooms. Both rooms smelled like they had been smoked in for weeks, body hair and dust everywhere. Other notes: floors cracking, sheets, curtains, ac unit you name it, all should have been replaced years ago. To top it off I’m pretty sure the bug I killed underneath my sink was a baby roach.
