Enjoy a peaceful setting with excellent connections: the train station is a 3-minute walk away, and the B27 is easily accessible. Perfect for holidays, business trips, teams, and longer stays.



Sleeping: Two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be combined as doubles—separate sleeping in all rooms possible. Suitable for 1–5 guests; a fifth guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room by prior arrangement. Bedrooms have blackout curtains and a workspace with desk.



Living & Kitchen: The kitchen opens directly onto the terrace and is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all cooking and dining utensils. Bright living and dining area with access to the garden.
