This atmospheric terraced property offers plenty of peace, space and a unique view over the water. With its own mooring jetty, a spacious wooden deck terrace and a roof terrace, this is the ideal place to fully enjoy everything Friesland has to offer.
The property is divided over two floors and comfortably furnished. The bright living room features French doors leading to the terrace and a cosy seating area with a flat-screen TV. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with, amongst other things, a dishwasher, combination microwave, gas hob and a fridge with freezer compartment.
From the terrace and roof terrace you have a magnificent panoramic view over the Heegermeer. This is the place to watch boats pass by, as all the boat traffic heading towards Heeg passes here. Whether you start the day with a cup of coffee or end it with a good glass of wine, the view remains impressive.
On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms with box spring beds and a spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink and toilet. On the second floor you will find a third bedroom and a second bathroom with shower and toilet, ideal for extra privacy.
The location of the property is particularly favourable, a short distance from the centre of Heeg, the inner harbour and a natural swimming pool with sandy beach. This way you combine a quiet environment with all amenities within reach.
