Heidelberg Visit

This apartment is wonderful in every way. It's roomy, clean, welcoming, well stocked with everything needed to cook in and has lots of windows with nice views. The tram is right at the door step but isn't loud and the train station is a walk or tram ride away. It's walking distance to old town, the river and the castle plus it's in a beautiful neighborhood that we enjoyed walking in. If I come to Heidelberg again this is where I want to stay.

Heidelberg visit 2019

Once we got used to the noise from the trams, the apartment worked very well for us. We were able to walk (and we did!) everywhere. The living area, bedroom and kitchen were very well appointed. Also - we heard no traffic noise from the bedroom area. Easy access to grocery stores and good little restaurants.

Wonderful property and location

We had such a nice stay! The apartment worked perfectly for us. It is in a nice neighborhood and we could easily walk into the old town. The living space works great as the kitchen opens into the living room. We like to cook so this was a big plus. The bedroom was separated from the living space and the bed was very comfortable. Having the single next to us made it easy to have our 9 year old daughter. Christine and her whole family were amazing. There was internet complications with the provider (no fault of Christine’s) and she worked endlessly to fix the problem. If you are thinking about staying here, we strongly recommend :)

Perfect location

Christine was very helpful host and gave us useful advice. The flat was clean and well equipped, it also had a wonderful bath and plenty of hot water. It is near an excellent Italian restaurant and friendly cafe. There is also a very good supermarket within walking distance. We had a lovely five day break, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Cozy comfortable apartment in Heidelberg

My husband and I stayed in Heidelberg over the Christmas holidays to visit our son who is employed at the university. On check in, we were met by the owner who was helpful and kind. She showed us the apartment and gave advice about things to see and do. It is clear that she pays attention to details. Her home was tidy and well equipped. The location was convenient to all the sights that Heidelberg has to offer. Groceries and public transport were only steps away. I hope we have the opportunity to visit again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Heidelberg!

Great Location!

Perfect spot to be well connected to the transportation network, or just to walk! The apartment was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner met us and helped show us around and gave us tips on where to go. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to Heidelberg!

Fan-tas-tic!

This apartment was fantastic, not only in the cleanliness and quality of the accommodations, but also in its central location. It really felt like a home away from home. It is bright, modern, well stocked with useful items including a toaster and hair drier, and is very secure. Christine and her husband are perfect hosts, providing helpful tips on the surrounding area, and were available if we needed them. The price was right, and the tram right outside the door made getting to the Old Town, the castle, and train station simple and convenient. It was very hot in Heidelberg during our stay, and after a long day of sightseeing, we looked forward to our return to the apartment every evening. We highly recommend this place and would love to book it again should we return to Heidelberg.

Cozy apt close to sights with wonderful host

I can't say enough nice things about this apartment and host. I had not used this website or one like it before and was a little nervous about it. Christine was incredibly helpful and sweet, giving plenty of information and was available throughout our stay. We didn't need her when we were there, but before we came, she always responded quickly, even within an hour a couple times and always within 24 hours. The apartment was great, pretty close to the Old Town and the bus/train stops were directly in front of the building. You can walk to the Old Town and castle, about 20-25 minutes easy stroll, or take the bus and get there more quickly. Fully stocked kitchen, with a nice market nearby. We got groceries and cooked breakfast every day/snacks. Great Italian restaurant a block away, coffee shop across the way, and various restaurants nearby. Coffee & tea maker. Nice, big shower and bed was very comfortable- had the best hairdryer ever (I'd stay just for that) and a few shampoos. It was in the middle of a decently busy area, but was very quiet. The bedroom looked down into a quiet, pretty courtyard. Was very clean and comfortable. It isn't extravagant, but perfectly cozy and felt nice to be in a local place for a few nights instead of a hotel. The payment was easy and straightforward, nothing unexpected. I highly recommend and will stay here again! Enjoy!

Prima appartement. Goed uitgerust met poetsspullen, een vast -en wasmachine aanwezigOmdat er in het bad gedouched moet worden zou een extra beugel aan de muur fijn zijn. Restaurants in de buurt en schuin tegenover het app een leuk terras. Binnenstad is 20 min lopen. De tram voor de deur levert veel kabaal op.

Wir waren im Rahmen einer Strahlentherapie in Heidelberg. Durch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung legten wir den Weg zur Klinik regelmäßig zu Fuß zurück. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war sehr angenehm. Altstadt und Schloss waren sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter.
