Really good hotel!

Realy nice hotel close to the city center with nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast and nice and comfortable room. It give you free entrance to the adventure bath next door. I got a gift from the reception when I check out and it was nice.

A great hotel with access to the Aquapark with free entry to the pool and fitness area. The breakfast and the dinner buffet get a ten out of ten! Tasty, high quality food and a fantastic choice! We enjoyed our three day stay in this quality hotel.

Wir haben extra ein etwas besseres hotel genommen dachten wir zumindest, leider war das Zimmer nicht wiklich sauber unter dem Bett der Couch usw wird nicht gesaugt. Beim frühstück war einiges noch garnicht bereit zum Beispiel Kaffee mit Milch mussten wir erst sagen dann wurde es gemacht. Auch die Schüsseln und Teller waren teils nicht sauber. Echt schade und beim aus checken wurde noch die Flasche Mineral welche auf dem Zimmer war berechnet. Wir werden sicher nicht wieder kommen

Wir haben die Unterkunft als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Italien gewählt - aufgrund dessen man das Schwimmbad nebenan kostenfrei nutzen kann war das für uns optimal. Ins Zentrum spaziert man in knapp 10min, wo man ein ausreichendes Angebot an Gastronomie findet - alternativ kann man aber auch im Hotel das Abendessen bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Einzig die fehlende Klimaanlage war nicht optimal, aber im Laufe des Abends kam frische Luft ins Zimmer aufgrund der Berglage. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Auf der Expedia-Website steht, dass die Sauna und der Pool im Preis inbegriffen sind, aber wenn man nach Sauna und Pool fragt, steht dort, dass für die Sauna 12 € pro Tag, 5 € für das Badetuch und 2 € für die Badeschuhe zu zahlen sind, und das Schlimmste ist, dass die Website nichts davon erwähnt. Ich finde es also respektlos, so betrogen zu werden. Ich werde nie wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Das ist für mich eine absockerei.

Das Hotel The Taste ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Betten sind gut bis sehr gut, Zimmer ansonsten gut, ein Defekt in der Wärmelampe, die Zeitgeschaltet ist. Der Service ist freundlich, doch leider fehlen einigen (Kaffemaschine ist defekt: Ja wissen wir, der Techniker hat keine Zeit-> dann sollte es mindestens an der defekten Maschine ein Hinweis sein. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und gut ausgewählt. Brötchen und Stückchen sind zwar aufgebacken, dann wäre es gut, wenn es knackiger wäre. Die Quarkschüsseln sind zwar ganz, haben jedoch einige Jahre sichtbar auf dem Buckel. Dass sich keiner mit der Ladestation auskennt, OK. Dann noch weitere Hinweise wer sich auskennt. Wie es mit der Parkkarte ist, konnte ich erst durch Nachfragen erfahren. Fazit: zwar gut durchdacht, jedoch werde die Mitarbeiter anscheinend nicht geschult.
