Absolutely fine...

A good hotel with plenty of parking. Unfortunately the room did not have air conditioning and it was hot when we visited. The window could be opened though and we looked out over a wood which was very pleasant.

Very good hotel

Excellent hotel, efficient and friendly staff.The room was very clean, well equipped bathroom with a good shower. Good restaurant and a pleasant location mid way between Dusseldorf and Essen. Could be a little difficult to get about if you didn't have a car but I hired one at the airport so this wasn't a problem. I will definitely stay here again when travelling to this area.

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort, haben ein premium Zimmer gebucht wie es auf der Seite beschrieben wurde, leider gibt es dieses Zimmer womit geworben wurde nur einmal, die Zimmer sind sehr renovierungsbedürftigt, das Badezimmer war undicht Sodas der ganze Boden Klitsch nass war. Das Bett war durchgelegen, Decke und Kopfkissen hatten Flecken. Einmal und nie wieder!!

Zimmer zu Warm, Lüftung (Ventilator) im Bad defekt dadurch nach dem duschen sehr stickig und unerträglich warm, Duschtürenmechanik extrem alt sehr schwergängig dichtet nicht gut ab. Matratze zu weich, Kissen viel zu weich und zwei Kissen zusammen viel zu dick, Zimmer sauber, Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer mit Kapseln - Maschine nicht sauber - Aufstehen ohne Kaffee geht garnicht

Schönes Hotel in Waldrandlage. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer über 2 Etagen. Leider ist die Treppe relativ eng und steil. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Es gibt genügend kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir haben nicht im Hotel gegessen da es überteuert war. In Heiligenhaus gibt es aber viele Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen See mit einem sehr guten schönen Café.

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer war sauber, aufgeräumt und es hat alles funktioniert. Die Parkplätze waren kostenlos und gab immer einen freien Parkplatz. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass die E-Ladesäule nicht funktionierte - aber zu vernachlässigen.

leider kann ich keine volle Bewertung abgeben,da unser Zimmer sehr alt ( Teppichboden), das Bad sehr unschön( Waschbecken überaltet, alte Kunstoffbecken,die Nespressomaschine nicht einwandfrei funtionierte,zu wenig Zucker,Süßstoff und Milchpuver nicht da gewesen ist. Der Fernseher war gut,das Bett sehr bequem und sauber. Das Zimmer war überhaupt sehr sauber. Leider fehlten im Bad normale Handtücher,es waren nur 2 große Duschtücher und Fußvorleger vorhanden. Der Fön funktionierte einwandfrei und das Frühstückstücksbüfett war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft.Die Mitarbeiter und Servicekräfte waren alle sehr nett. Leider war die Parkmöglichkeit abends katastrophal.
