The spacious lounge on the ground floor has a stylish seating area with television. From the lounge, there is access to the spacious balcony, equipped with outdoor furniture. General information: because of its location, Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor is not suitable for wheelchair users. The villas have been built on a slope, which makes them less suitable or unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Some of the Chiemsee Villas can only be accessed by means of stairs (a few steps). Most of the apartments and facilities have lift access and are also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
