It was a quick business trip. The place and area was beautiful. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. I stumbled on this hotel driving to Helsinki from Joensuu like I do every month and I am sure I will be returning. Great food, beer and people.

Very nice spa and location . Food and service good . Spa hours not good . Sauna good but aroma sauna too fruity smell , wrong aroma ! Infrasauna smelled bad and cold/hot pool not in operation . Pool and hot tubs very good . Sauna not on in the morning , this was not good at all ! Steam room very good .

Nice Location, but a Little Dated.

This spa is in a great location, right by a lake. The room had a single bed and sofa. The bed was comfortable, but the room felt a little dated and not quite what I was expecting from a Spa. The food was good and overal, I would sta here again.

Hotellihuone oli rauhallinen ja ikkuna-parvekebÀkymÀt mahtavan kauniit. Huoneilmastointi ei ollut riittÀvÀ, pitituulettaa parvekkeen oven kautta. Emme löytÀneet muovin -tai lasinkerÀyspistettÀ.

Kumpeli spa on mainio perheomisteinen yritys Heinolassa. KylpylÀpuoli on remontoitu erittÀin hyvÀllÀ maulla ja vaikka sisÀllöllisesti se on tehty aikuiseen makuun, sai taapero myös iloa polskuttelusta ja porealtaista. Huoneessamme oli symppis 2000-luvun alun fiilis. SÀngyt olivat hyvÀt ja erityismaininta menee isolle kiintokalustepenkille, johon oli helppo laskea tavarat.
