It was my first time going to Helen since I was a teenager and my bfs first time ever. The lady behind the desk at check in was wonderful she was helpful, informative and a delight. The room and hotel were both gorgeous. The bed was soft and comfortable, the room was clean. It was a great stay and well worth the price. I would recommend and i will be back at a later date.

The room was good and in walking distance of everything. The only issue that was going on with the room was we kept finding bees in the room. I kept having to put them outside.

We were only in the room to sleep but the bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows. We got there an hr before check in time and our room was ready so he let us go ahead and check in. The room was really clean and the ac worked pretty well. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The staff was low quality. Charged me for a room with a tub. Get there and said I didn’t pay for a room with a tub. Showed the Expedia booking and price. They didn’t care made me 25 more in CASH. For the room. Front desk kinda giggled about the 25 when we handed it to them. Room was great and tub was clean.

A little gross and buggy

It was OK. Checked in at the office, the woman was kind and polite. However, there are bugs swarming the lights by the doors each evening and night. If you need a room without them, good luck. There were used toiletries in our room and we had to unplug the air conditioning unit from the wall to make it stop since the “power off” button didn’t work. Check out was fine, there were 2 little girls around 7 years old that checked me out. I kid you not (pun intended). I am waiting to see if it was done properly and if I’ll get my deposit back but we will see.
