Not overly happy exspected more from Baymount

Pool had no water in it no ice machine. No elevator. Breakfest was not much to it Air Conditioner was not adjustable.

The shower area was in terrible shape. I would not have raised my dog in it. The rooms were very dark. The remote control didn’t work and the bathroom lights didn’t work. The bathroom sink was also clogged. And the door handle going into the room was extremely loose

Sub-par motel. The carpet was filthy. When we walked barefoot on it and into the shower the filth showed. Breakfast was nothing to write home about.

When we entered the room, the bedding was on the floor & there were human stains on the bed. We immediately returned to the front desk & were given an upgraded room category. This would have been a great gesture to make up for sending us to an uncleaned & frankly GROSS room, and we knew this was a mistake due to probably staffing problems. But the new "upgraded" room had a hole in the wall & the toilet was broken, so we returned to the front desk & received a full refund. We proceeded to find another hotel nearby, which was similarly priced but no problems. Buyer Beware.

The hotel it self is in a terrible state of disrepair. The pictures are deceiving. The pool bit has listed is not in working order and is drained and falling apart. The rooms themselves are disgusting. Beds were dirty and bathroom ceiling was falling apart.

We stayed there just one night. But room was so dirty. Bathroom tube had black steps marks . Looks like never clean before or very long time ago. Breakfast was very poor . No waffles maker no warm food. Just one thing was warm and that was coffe.

unacceptable stay

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction following an appalling stay at your hotel. From the moment we entered the room, it was immediately clear that it had not been properly cleaned or maintained in quite some time. The shower curtain rod was broken and unusable. Pink shot glasses were left on the floor, dead bugs were scattered throughout, and various debris and items were strewn across the room. A dirty towel in the bathroom. The carpet appeared to not have been vacuumed in weeks, and the floor was so filthy and sticky that it literally clung to our feet as we walked. It was absolutely unacceptable. I repeatedly asked to speak with the general manager and requested that someone come and clean the room. Despite multiple attempts, I was completely ignored. No action was taken to resolve the issue or to accommodate us appropriately. My children were rightfully disgusted, and our entire stay was extremely uncomfortable and stressful. The only bright spot in this experience was the front desk associate, Mary. She was kind, empathetic, and did everything within her limited authority to assist us. I greatly appreciate her efforts, but unfortunately, her professionalism was completely undermined by the general manager’s total failure to act. I expect a prompt response to this complaint, including an explanation of how such conditions were allowed and what will be done to rectify this situation. I also believe a refund or appropriate compensation is warranted.

Avoid at all costs!

We left after the first night. The place was disgusting. When. You first open the door the smell was terrible. The floors were dirty, the bathroom was moldy and not clean. Do not stay here! Absolutely the worst experience ever!

It was within walking distance to town, however, it was not clean at all. There were two separate partially used bars of soap in the shower, along with mold. Our toddler's feet were extremely dirty after 10 minutes on the carpet. Overall cleanliness was lacking.

This was the mist disgusting hotel, I havd ever stayed in and I have lost my trust in Wyndham hotels and Expedia, the hotel charged me for a suite and put me in a different room not suite, the room was nasty and riddled with mold and stained sheets and blankets
