The room was super hot. Tried adjusting it, but didn’t work. Tried contacting someone at the reception but no one was available. The room was not the cleanest. For what is offered, it’s 100% overpriced. The check in & check out was nice, straightforward. The reception guy at check in, and the lady at check out were very friendly and pleasant.

The floor was dirty, would not walk on it barefooted. Toilet was loose from the wall & wobbled. Reserved a smoking room on the website, get there, it’s a non smoking hotel. Need to update web-site! It offers non-smoking rooms, so you assume there are smoking rooms. Person at desk was kinda rude about it!

The overall room appearance meaning furniture and furnishings was fine. However the painting and the caulking all just seemed to be slapped on and the overall appearance was pretty bad. It looked sort of junky and very low quality. I wondered about the cleaning. The man at the desk was pleasant but very difficult to understand. There were light bulbs blown out and I had to call the front desk to get hot water after it running it on “H” for 12 minutes. He advised me to turn it close to “C” to get hot water. The water was hot but frustrating to get it.
