View of lake was wonderful. Room clean. One queen bed had a distinct dip to the middle but was comfortable overall. The lobby are is nice to look at lake and sit by the fire.

Booked presidential suite, but needs updating, looks 1980’s style with hunter green bathroom and drapes. Lobby is nice, with beautiful fireplace. Front desk person was cool at best.

There were a lot of issues with our recent visit: no extra outlets for phone/USB charging, loose tiles on the bathroom floor, the shower was not working properly and dripped constantly, the toilet leaked and ran constantly, the elevator was broken and free breakfast was nearly all packaged foods or was poorly prepared. One of my worst ever experiences in a hotel.

Muffins for breakfast if you like them. Everything else is great. Bed was very comfortable. Hooray for that! Just a few minutes away from the lake and that was wonderful for 13 miles of looking at it. Highly recommend. I'll be back. Thank you
