The Space
Whip up a big breakfast together in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather around the breakfast bar with coffee in hand while the day's plans come together. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dedicated coffee station make it easy to feed the whole crew.
Spread out across the two leather sofas for game night or a movie marathon by the fire, TV overhead keeping everyone entertained. Someone can claim the cozy recliner in the corner, but the real gathering spot is by the glass doors, where the deck and river views pull the whole group outside for one more cup of coffee before the day gets going.
Gather the whole crew around the dining table for family dinners or game night, chandelier glowing overhead. The striking black arched bar cabinet nearby is perfect for pouring a glass of wine before you sit down.
Settle into the king bed in the first bedroom, framed by a soft sage wall and a pair of modern diamond accents — simple and calming, perfect for unwinding after a day by the water. A wall-mounted TV over the dresser makes this an easy spot to sink into.
In the second bedroom, a dramatic mountain-range canvas watches over a plush king bed dressed in crisp white linens with a pop of deep red. It's the kind of room that makes you want to sleep in.
Stars and stripes hang proudly over the king bed in the third bedroom, and a twin-over-full bunk tucked into the corner means this room is ready for the whole crew — couples and kids alike.
Head down the "Admit One" staircase to your own private theater. Sink into the reclining leather sectional, dim the lights, and let the big screen take over — the kitchenette right there means popcorn and drinks are never far away.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the home's main living areas, all three bedrooms and bonus bunk nook, the lower-level movie room, and the outdoor decks.
Three private decks — one on each level — give guests plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors. One deck features a wicker sectional with a glass-top table and a fire pit table with river views through the trees; the other two offer table-and-chair seating, with a gas grill for cooking outside. A private hot tub sits on the bottom-level deck.
Walk to downtown Helen's shops and biergartens, or head just minutes away for tubing on the Chattahoochee, ziplining, mini golf, and Unicoi State Park.
Other Things to Note
River & Vine sits right along the Chattahoochee, tucked into the forested foothills near Helen. With that setting comes some authentic character — you may spot deer or other wildlife nearby, and ladybugs are known to seek shelter indoors at certain times of year (they're harmless, and actually beneficial insects). We have routine pest control and thorough cleaning between every stay, but a few visitors now and then are simply part of life this close to the river and woods. Cell service is available from most major providers but can be spotty in spots. Business-class WiFi is provided for your convenience.
