This quaint little hotel has all you need from large rooms, main lobby and front porch sitting area to a lovely wine tasting room with nice wine options. Close to the main square that has everything.

We absolutely loved our 4 night stay here!!! The staff were all welcoming. The property was beautiful. Lots to do within walking distance. We shopped, went on a haunted wine walking tour, ate at many of the restaurants, and met a lot of nice people. Oh, and i cant forget to mention Ghost the hotel cat. We loved him. Can't wait to return!!!

Ghost the host with the most

Our stay was charming and comfy the best part is the host with the most Ghost an adorable local cat that lives on the property. Check in was online me fast and efficient I had my room number and door code before arriving. Staff was minimal in a good way super friendly but not over bearing. The room was huge only issues I had was the mattress is definitely on the very firm side so sleeping was a little difficult but once I was settled I was out. Extremely quiet! The price for 2 night was under $400 very affordable and the convenience to entire downtown was amazing.

Southern Charm The Way It Should Be!

The DSH was the perfect place to stay to get to know Dahlonega and surrounding area. This is a family owned and operated property and it shows. The staff are warm and personable and the facility has a Southern Charm all its own. Our room was wonderfully furnished and very comfortable. From the DSH you are 2 minutes of leisurely strolling in the small town jewel of Georgia, Dahlonega! Make sure you ask about the history of the property!

I absolutely LOVED The Dahlonega Square Hotel! From the second I walked up to the front porch with rockers until we checked out 3 days later, I enjoyed every minute of my stay! The staff are welcoming and informative. The rooms are very spacious and super clean. The hotel is quaint and quiet. For us the hotel is perfectly located. We sat on the porch each evening and could hear the band from the park or the nearby restaurant, Shenanigans. It was just lovely. Lastly, there are so many things to do in very short walking distance too! I am already planning my return to Dehlonega! Thank you for a wonderful visit😊
