We had spent the whole day on the lake fishing and were chilled to the bone and looking so forward to a soak in the hot tub. However, it wasn’t running. I wish hotels would inform people at booking about these kinds of issues. Also, I’d requested adjoining rooms because we had children and we did not originally get them even though there was one available which they eventually moved us to and should have started us there.

Check in was good except $25 per pet is excessive, it should be $10 in my opinion and be clearly advertised on their page, not just say pet friendly. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. However the hotel is under renovation so was a bit dirty looking in the hallways etc.

Staff was friendly, and after they remodel the rooms it should be decent! I just absolutely despise laminate wood floors in hotel rooms that aren’t very clean.

Room smelled, stains all over carpeted floor, very dark room, furniture was stained and very old, narrow entry way with inconvenient location of bathroom door. Photos of hotel rooms did not represent room at all. Room was very dated and dirty. Was not provided enough towels for people in the room. Hotel hallways and elevator were very old and dirty as well. Highly not recommend to stay here.
