GOOD CLEAN PLACE CHEAP, no frills

So if you are looking for a Vacation Destination, this is not your place. If you are looking for a under $60 room with a comfortable bed, clean and warm shower and don't mind an old round seat toilet, this is perfect. Even though the front sign said HOT BREAKFAST, don't let this fool you, they have toast, cereal a microwave and a few pieces of fruit. Not at all like the pictures that I made my decision on. The room was very clean, old shower and bathroom but was acceptable. Other than the newly painted accent wall, the rest of the walls appeared dirty because they need repainted. None of the outside doors were locked, but the parking lots was VERY well lit up and I had no concern for my vehicle. The mattress was very new, the office chair was quite worn, but I did not plan to use that anyway. I would not take my wife here, but if it was just me and not worried about eating breakfast, yes I would.

Its very small. Which was kind of a shocker for my husband & I cos we live in a different state & our airports are huge. Overall there was charm to it. It serves its purpose.

There was an empty white claw can in the shower and clumps of hair on the wall of the shower. The rug had stains ? On it. Lighting was dismal and only 2 or 3 TV channels. We got there late and left early.

Lots of outdoor trash and abandon vehicles. Exit doors were taped open so they did not lock at night. Appears to be a homeless shelter. I was informed by local resident that the business maybe bought by city to function as a homeless shelter. I witnessed many people come and go through the adjacent U-Haul facility behind the building. Limited parking so I had to park my vehicle behind building where groups of people were gathered at night. Also several stored vehicles under tarps and a run down rv beside the parking lot. At checking had to wait 15 min for staff to assist us. Never saw a staff member after that. Rooms old as was the interior and exterior.

Room was comfortable, however, they advertise hot buffet breakfast which is not correct. Coffee, tea, and white bread toast is the only thing that is hot. However, they do offer cereal with milk, yogurt, jams, and some fruit.

Excellent for the price

Excellent for the price. Breakfast was very sparse. There were initially few towels but we were able to get more upon asking. The room was clean and comfortable and as expected.

I was not aware of a 20 dollar pet fee i thought thus was included in the rate. However the gentleman at the front desk assisted me kindly and did a firm job. Very much appreciated and will be staying again.
