Breakfast wasn’t applicable for us. Only downside is the stairs with luggage to get into the hotel. They don’t really give the best directions to avoid the cobblestones going around the hotel. Upon arrival there was no porter available to assist with the inconvenience on the stairs with 3 large suitcases. Room was an accessible room which they said was because it gave us more space. Not sure that was the case but by this stage we didn’t want to move after a long trip.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Helsinki, easy access to main attractions snd transport links. Lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops very nearby. Every area of the bore we experienced was excellent - clean, bright and sophisticated. Staff were exceptionally polite without exception. Breakfast was varied - buffet and a la carte offerings, and staffed very well. Lovely bar and lounges, again with excellent service. We are thankful to have taken more of previous positive reviews as this hotel was everything we were looking for. Would stay again and recommend.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It's in a very convenient area with tons of walkable options around it. My husband and I never had to use a bus or car to travel the area around it. We would definitely stay again.
