Great short stay, don’t lose your key.

Great, independent accommodation that was not like a hotel but had the same services. Perfect short stay. DO NOT LOSE YOUR KEY. The locksmith is outrageously expensive.

Broken window, no way to communicate

Window mechanism was broke (not able to close) and it was minus degrees outside, and no way to communicate with the hotel at night when I noticed this after coming to the room. So, I had to stay in there for the night. Because of this air leak (?) the air conditioning was on full blow and no way to make it stop. Also, the noise from outside was bad because the window didn't close.
