A welcoming hallway on the ground floor offers ample space for your coats and outdoor gear. The two bedrooms are situated on this level—the rear bedroom pampers you with a super-king-size bed, and at the front of the cottage, a second bedroom awaits, featuring a set of bunk beds. Between the bedrooms lies the conveniently placed bathroom. Ascend the stairs to the upper level and enter a bright, airy, open-plan living space. Here, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen and dining area, ideal for shared meals and spending quality time with loved ones. The lounge area invites you to unwind on a cosy sofa and comfortable armchairs while the vaulted ceiling and Juliet balcony bathe the room in natural light. Although the cottage doesn't have a garden, a sun-soaked gravelled area at the front offers a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and bask in the sunlight. Two fold-up chairs are available to take outside and enjoy the moment. Just across the road lies the boating lake and play park with grassy picnic areas.


Helston provides a fascinating glimpse into 19th and 20th-century Cornish culture and industry. Take a scenic stroll around the boating lake in Coronation Park, 1 5 minute walk from the cottage, enjoy a pedalo ride and treat yourself to a freshly brewed coffee from the park cafe. Children will delight in feeding the ducks and frolicking on the play equipment. An enchanting walk along the picturesque footpaths of the Penrose Estate leads you to Loe Pool, Cornwall's largest natural freshwater lake. From Loe Bar Beach, join the coastal path and venture westward to reach the charming village of Porthleven, which has arguably the most impressive harbour in Cornwall. 6 miles away lies the golden shores of Praa Sands, perfect for fun-filled days at the seaside.
