Utility room with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer (shared). Payphone (shared). Use of large grounds with garden furniture and sandy beach (shared). Tennis court (shared). Parking. No smoking. Please note: There is a pond and significant drops in the grounds.. Magnificent views out to sea. Refurbished in 2018, and set on the unspoilt Lizard Peninsula, this hoilday property forms part of a former fine Edwardian hotel. It enjoys an outstanding location on Chynhalls Point, with magnificent views out to sea. Amid large, attractive gardens and grounds, the complex enjoys its own sandy beach and outdoor tennis court. You can enjoy wonderful coastal walks in this beautiful, peaceful area which is protected by the National Trust. A path leads down to the fishing village of Coverack, with its shops, restaurant and pub. Here you can enjoy sandy and shingle beaches, deep sea fishing and windsurfing lessons, all within ½ mile. Visit Roskillys Farm, famed for their cream and ice cream, or visit Goonhilly satellite station, 3 miles. The Mullion 18-hole golf course is 9 miles away, and there are plenty of coves and beaches within easy reach. An excellent site for bird watching and rare wild flowers. The apartments have been superbly converted to provide a good standard of holiday accommodation, with the properties having spectacular sea views, they are ideal for couples and families alike. This is a well-placed holiday base from which to explore. Pub within 1 mile.
