We were a family of two adults and two young children and enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Top House Inn in July 2021. We loved it so much that we booked our next stay there for August for the only days available while we were still at the property. The room we stayed in was spotless and modern, with big windows and lots of light. The beds were really comfortable and there were nice touches like the cornish honey soap, shampoo and conditioner. The owner and all staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast is amazing (one of the best we’ve ever had) with locally caught and smoked hake, poached eggs, pancakes, etc. We also had lunch there which was delicious, boasted local ingredients and was reasonably priced. The inn is very nicely decorated in a maritime theme. The location was ideal for exploring the local beaches, Lizard Point and we went for a lovely walk along the coast. Couldn’t recommend this place higher, as we had such a fabulous stay and are looking forward to return next month.
