I can’t say enough nice things about this beautiful home. The grounds are gorgeous. We came with 10 ladies from a church small group and had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night. Coffee was great. Lots of sitting room in the comfy living room. The host answered all out questions quickly and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Will def stay again if we are in the area.

The house was great for our family stay - plenty to do for everyone and even furnishings for little ones. The house is remote, which is great for a weekend get-away, but still only about 10 minutes into Hendersonville. Thee house was clean, the owners were VERY responsive and answered all of our questions.

Actually, the stay was quite nice. The house and property were beautiful and comfortable. Compliments to the owners.What made it maybe even less than ok was dealing with Unique Stays. Previously, I had a really good experience with VRBO. Dealt with VRBO and the owner directly. This time I felt palmed off to Unique Stays even though I paid VRBO a fee for what? Unique Stays requires a 6 page rental agreement. Been renting in the area for several years now and never had to do that before. Seemed to be fee oriented and not very hospitable. Also, hidden fee- additional guest fee. Would have expected in a home that sleeps 14, that guest 15 would be the additional guest- not guest 5. I contested the but was told I could have asked (?). Check in was difficult as the link sent was not active. My daughter-in-law had to cut and paste to my browser to get the code. Had to give my driver's license and picture. Way too much. Would still be standing on the porch had she not been with me. Also, no early entry unless another fee. Again, the house is lovely and the property beautiful, but I will not do business with Unique Stays again. Unique, but not in a good way.
