QUIET

By far, the best hotel in the area. (I read the reviews on the others & every one had reports of bugs within the past year!!) Very clean. QUIET. Rarely can I find a hotel where something in the room isn't waking me up all night...buzzing fridge, rattling a/c, etc. NOTHING in the room woke me up for the 2 nights I was here. Never heard the fridge. The a/c clicks on quietly & the fan runs with a soft, constant white noise. I did hear an elephant pounding around upstairs for about 30min at 1am on the 2nd night. The doors were also loud when folks went in & out of their rooms. The beds were uber comfy (although I always bring my own pillow). Breakfast was mediocre & the same both mornings (sausage, egg, cheese, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, various breads/muffins, etc). Front desk staff were very warm, welcoming & courteous.

Quick Trip with Girls

Room was just what we needed we made a trip up to visit the Pretty Place Chapel and room was perfect. Loved the large size and the microwave and fridge in room.

The front desk staff were courteous and professional. My room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The kitchenette was well stocked; and, the bathroom had plenty of clean white towels! Bonus: we were near the ice machine and away from the elevators!

The room was very clean and spacious for my family of 4 to stay in. The service was helpful and nice with any questions we had. Check in process was quick and efficient. My kids loved the little indoor pool area, and breakfast the next morning was great and had options for all my little picky eaters. :)

Nice new property with comfortable and quiet rooms. Only let downs were the bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected (previous guests hair on floor and in shower), and no room service during our stay. We asked for towels but they didn’t appear. Apart from that the staff were friendly. The property is a 5 minute drive out of Hendersonville. The hotel is in an area that isn’t anything specia,l but Hendersonville is a quaint little town.
