About this property

Tiny House Farm Stay on a Working Regenerative Farm

Escape to a peaceful farm stay in the mountains of Western North Carolina. GreenHaven Farm Stay features a full kitchen, cozy living space, indoor fireplace, private deck, fire pit, high-speed Wi-Fi, and flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups. Relax on a regenerative working farm while enjoying easy access to hiking, waterfalls, wineries, and charming mountain towns.

The space
Welcome to GreenHaven Farm Stay, a peaceful retreat on our regenerative working farm in the mountains of Western North Carolina.

This is a place to slow down, enjoy the scenery, and experience the rhythm of farm life while still having the comforts of home. Guests can relax in a cozy living space, prepare meals in the full kitchen, enjoy the indoor fireplace, and stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi.

Outside, the large private deck is a favorite place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Guests can also enjoy the fire pit, outdoor dining area, and BBQ grill while taking in the peaceful farm setting.

Our location offers the best of both worlds: a quiet countryside experience with easy access to hiking, waterfalls, wineries, and charming mountain towns nearby.

Sleeping arrangements:

Private bedroom with a full-size bed
Hallway bunk beds with two twin beds, best suited for children under 14, though some adults have used them
Queen pull-out couch in the living area
Loft with two twin beds in a cozy low-clearance space

The loft is a fun and flexible sleeping area, but it is tight and requires crawling rather than standing upright. It is often best suited for children, teens, or agile adults comfortable with a snug sleeping space.

As an added bonus, the property also includes an RV hookup with 50-amp electric service and water connection, which can be helpful for families or friends traveling together in separate accommodations. Please note there is currently no sewer connection for RV use.

Because this is a real working farm, guests may hear animals, see farm activity, and experience the natural sounds of the countryside. That is part of what makes staying here unique.

Whether you are here for a quiet getaway, a family trip, or a wedding weekend, GreenHaven Farm Stay offers a memorable farm experience in a beautiful mountain setting.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire farm stay, including the private deck and the area immediately around the home. A short private driveway leads from the main gate to the farm stay, and there is plenty of free parking available for multiple vehicles.

Guests enter through the farm gate, which may or may not be open when they arrive. If the gate is closed, you are welcome to open it and drive through, but please be sure to close it behind you. If the gate is already open, you may leave it open.

Because this is a working farm, some surrounding areas are reserved for farm operations and are not part of the guest space unless invited. We want guests to enjoy the beauty of the farm while also respecting the animals, fencing, equipment, and active work areas.

Other things to note
As a working farm, we often have farm-fresh products available for guests to purchase during their stay. Depending on availability, this may include fresh eggs, seasonal bouquets and cut flowers from our flower farm, and farm-raised pork and lamb. All meat products are USDA processed and approved.

Available pork cuts may include pork chops, bacon, shoulder steaks, coppa steaks, Denver steaks, and ground pork. Lamb offerings may include lamb chops, shoulder steaks, and ground lamb. We are also happy to share cooking recommendations for guests who would like to enjoy our farm-raised meats during their stay.

If you are interested in eggs, flowers, or meat, please let us know as early as possible so we can confirm current availability. As with any working farm, availability of specific products, cuts, and seasonal flowers may vary.
During your stay at Tiny House Farm Stay on a Working Regenerative Farm, you'll be close to Point Lookout Vineyards.
