Our 8 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is tucked away in a spacious, quiet cove just 100 yards off the Main Lake, offering the perfect blend of privacy and easy access to open water. With over 160 feet of decked, bulkheaded waterfront and a 1,400-square-foot double boathouse—complete with a fish cleaning station and sunning dock—you’ll have everything you need for a memorable lakeside getaway.
Enjoy endless outdoor fun with two kayaks, a paddleboard, fishing poles, and a built-in rod holder right at the dock. You’re welcome to park your boat alongside the boathouse, or ask about our pontoon rental for an effortless day on the water. The dock area is ideal for swimming and relaxing, with a gentle slope from 1–2 feet at the shoreline to 4–5 feet at the end—perfect for kids learning to swim.
Inside, the first floor includes a spacious living and dining area with seating for up to 20 guests, along with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. One bedroom features a queen bed with a half bath, while the other offers a king bed. Upstairs, there are six additional bedrooms—four with king beds, one with a double bed, and one with four twin beds—plus two full bathrooms. Every bedroom is equipped with a smart TV.
The second-floor game room includes a foosball table and a PlayStation 3 with games for added entertainment. The home also features Wi-Fi and cable throughout, a 70” TV in the main living room, and a 55” TV in the additional living area.
Back at the house, you’ll find large front and rear yards ideal for outdoor games, as well as a fire pit for cozy evening bonfires (please note: firewood is not provided). The covered lakeside porch features ample seating, beautiful water views, a TV, and a full outdoor bathroom for added convenience. There’s even a small seasonal herb garden for guests to enjoy.
Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Food Lion and other essentials, the home is also a short boat ride to local restaurants, marinas, Goat Island, and the Eaton Ferry Bridge—where you’ll catch some truly stunning sunset views.
During the summer months, nearby Littleton comes alive with weekend events like free concerts and movie nights. This charming small town also offers a variety of local restaurants and unique shops worth exploring.
