Silvertop Ash timber cladding has been used to great effect on this modern dwelling. Beautiful triple-glazed German windows, smart climate control and a 9-star energy rating provide a blissfully quiet and cosy internal environment.

Two bedrooms, each ensuite with spa baths and televisions provide a lovely retreat for those wanting to relax and unwind. Soft tones and high-end linen are used to create a serene and modern environment that will put you at instant ease.

When you are ready you can gather in the lovely open kitchen and living area to make the most of the full kitchen with induction cooktop and create lovely meals or relax in style on the comfortable lounge.

Outside a wonderful pergola is there for mornings or afternoons relaxing and making the most of the surroundings. A very enjoyable stay

We were very happy to experience staying in a passive house. Even when the temperature was 33 degrees outside the house stayed pleasant. There was plenty of space inside due to the excellent design and the houses outlook surrounded by trees was very tranquil. A great experience. I would highly recommend.
